Hydrojug Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Hydrojug. Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund. Note that the original shipping cost is not refundable.

How to Return an Item

Contact our support team through the Hydrojug contact page to request return approval. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
After receiving approval, follow the instructions provided for shipping your item back to us.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will verify the item meets our return conditions.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refund Details

Eligible returns receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
Hydrojug does not charge restocking fees or require a reason for the return.

Special Conditions and Exclusions

Free replacement orders and gifts from Hydrojug are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately for assistance.
Items returned that do not meet the stated conditions—such as being used or missing tags—may be refused and disposed of.
