We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing across our catalog which includes products like the Traveler, Stein, Sport, PR Box, Insulated Shaker, Everyday Tumbler, Ease2o, and Coffee Traveler. However, actual product packaging and materials may vary. Please always read the product labels and care instructions before use. Note that freezing or microwaving Hydrojug products is not safe and should be avoided.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Hydrojug products are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage (such as drops), issues related to odors, misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or modifications including third-party laser etching. Hydrojug reserves the sole right to determine whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

All content on the Hydrojug website—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Hydrojug or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
